Once Upon A Time participates in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

  • Hot, nutritious meals and snacks are provided to all children in care at no extra charge to families

  • Infant formula (Similac Advance) and rice cereal, as well as baby food are provided as well

  • Our menus are seasonal and rotate every 4 weeks

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
